Arisaig Primary School Arts Project

Some of the art works on show in Cafe Rhu have been made by children at Arisaig Primary School.

These art works are exhibited in order to show locals and visitors the childrens work, and sell them to help raise money for school funds. Sales in Cafe Rhu over the years have allowed the purchase of several pices of equipment and have funded a few trips. The Cafe makes no profit from the sales.

Digital Art Works

Artist Sheila Robertson worked with the children over two days and produced digital prints of original works of art by the children. The prints do not fade in sunlight and therefore make long lasting presents for friends and relatives. Some of these images can be seen in Cafe Rhu.
